Vivian DeRow

Vivian ‘Viv’ DeRow, 81, of Palm Harbor, Florida, went to be with The Lord on March 9th, 2022. She was born in Rochester, New York in 1940 and is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Betty DiFrancesco. She spent her early working career at Xerox and Kodak in Rochester. Upon moving to Florida in the early 80’s, she went on to become a hairdresser for many years; even competing in a hair fashion show for the unique hair style she designed. She is remembered most for the love of her family, her sharp mind and business sense, and her ability to sell just about anything. She was known for her love of antiques, and her perfect balance of silliness and beauty. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 50 years, Richard DeRow. She is also survived by her children, Richard Dear of Tarpon Springs, Deborah Lyons (Danny) of El Paso, Arkansas, Charles Dear of Zephyrhills, as well as her daughter-in-law, Julie Dear of Holiday. Her siblings Louis DiFrancesco (Janet), Annette Carlevatti (Peter), Phillip DiFrancesco (Cindi), David DiFrancesco (Michele), Sandra Shear (Marshall) Joyce Borzellieri (Ray), Donald DiFrancesco, Ralph DiFrancesco (Louise LeClair), and Regina Larson (Dan). Her beloved grandchildren Lydia, Rebecca and Jonathan, and a host of nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her. There will be a viewing Friday, March 18th at 2:00pm at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens with a graveside service to follow at 3:00pm.
