Paul Anthony Cadogan Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Paul Anthony Cadogan, 71, of Clearwater, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Rosemarie, as they had celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary this past June. Paul was born in Cambridge, MA, moving there from S. Boston as a child. He was one of 3 sons born to Edward and Alyce Cadogan. He shared fond memories of lifelong childhood friends, as he enjoyed playing sports locally and attending national games when he was traveling across the country with his job. He boasted that he had been in almost all of the MLB ballparks and even ran in one Boston Marathon. He graduated from Cambridge Latin and then Boston College where he attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Criminal Justice. His early career began as a Deputy Sheriff for Middlesex County, MA then moved to San Diego, CA as he pursued his dreams of living in a warmer climate. He had a successful career in becoming a National Sales Manager for an electronic distribution company, which eventually brought him back to Massachusetts. He was chronically plagued by back problems, having several back surgeries leading to his early retirement. Moving to Florida, he enjoyed relaxing at the pool and the friendships that formed from spending time with other retirees. Animals were always special to him, and he is greatly missed by his dogs, Shelby and Angel. He is survived by his loving wife Rosemarie, and many friends. He was predeceased by his parents Edward and Alyce Cadogan, and his brother John Cadogan.
