Gordon A. Kile

July 10, 1926 - March 10, 2021

GORDON KILE’S STORY Gordon A. Kile, age 94, went to be with the Lord on March 10, 2021. He had been married to his darling wife, Patricia A Kile, for 61 years. Gordon worked for John Deere in Minneapolis, MN for 30 years and retired to Florida 1985. He and Patricia lived in Highland Lakes, Palm Harbor for 17 years and then moved to St. Mark Village where they have resided for almost 20 years. Gordon was a CBer and his “handle” was “Aloha.” He was also an avid ballroom dancer (“the best dancer at the Prom Ballroom” says his wife). While dancing Gordy and Patricia met and were married eight months later. Music was also important and Big Band was his favorite. Gordon had a deep faith in His Lord and was an active member of Lutheran churches wherever he lived. For the last 37 years he has belonged to St. Mark Lutheran Church in Dunedin, FL Gordon is survived by his wife, Patricia, and a sister, Betty Dallman and two nieces, Steffani Hanson and Melani Amundson of MN. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Mark Village Chapel on Friday, March 19, 2021. A reception will be held for family and friends following the service.
