Arthur P. Paresky Jr. Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Arthur “Buzz” Paresky Jr., 89, of Clearwater, FL and formerly of Chelmsford, MA, passed away on May 30, 2022. Buzz was predeceased by his his parents Arthur Paul and Helen Paresky and his sister Helene (Paresky) Anastasi and second wife Patricia (Evans) Paresky. He is survived by his loving family: brother John Paresky and sister-in-law Denise Schwartz of Deerfield Massachusetts; Stepchildren Mark Ennis, Eric Ennis and Erin Irons; Grandchildren Clare Ennis, Ian Ennis, Alexis Irons and great granddaughters Skyler Foreman and Orla Ennis Lawlor. He also left behind many nieces, nephews and friends. Buzz was born in Arlington, MA and graduated from Arlington High School in 1950. He loved sports and grew especially fond of ice hockey and golf. He was particularly proud to have played hockey for the Arlington Arcadians, a team that participated in many national tournaments. He was playing for the Oakland Knaves of the Pacific Coast League when his hockey career was interrupted by his being drafted into the Army in the 1950’s. He served two years in Germany, receiving an honorable discharge. He attended Northeastern University from 1955-1959 and played hockey for the university for three of those years, accumulating 82 points over 74 games. He continued his hockey career by coaching high school and youth hockey games. Buzz was also a referee for the ECAC Division III Hockey 1970 - 1980. He was a purchasing manager for Sanders Associates/BAE in Nashua, NH prior to his retirement. He and his family moved to Clearwater, Florida in 2004. Buzz was an avid, low handicap golfer and he enjoyed playing at Trull Brook in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, Nashua (NH) Country Club and Landsbrook in Palm Harbor, Florida. Services will be private. Curlew Hills Memory Gardens are entrusted with the arrangements.
