Carol was Nursing Instructor for Pinellas County Schools, Clearwater Campus for many years.Carol is Survived by her son Raymond Scott Winters and wife Christine Lynn of Clearwater, F., 3 Grandsons Raymond Scott Winters, Jr, Ross Stephen Winters & Damond Thomas Blakley II, Sisters, Elaine Yetsko of Hobart, Indiana and Jane Johnson of Clearwater, Florida and Many Nieces and Nephews.
