Kay, Libby K., of Palm Harbor, was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who always put others before herself. As a paralegal and temple member, she actively helped her community and her friends. She will be forever in our hearts. Services will be held at Temple B’nai Israel, Clearwater on Wednesday November 18 at 3:00 PM with Burial to follow at the Curlew Hills Memory Gardens, Palm Harbor, Florida.
